Located less than 30 minutes from Les Roseaux, Vannes is a very active city …

After a tour of the port, and a photo in front of the ramparts, pass one of the famous gates of Vannes to go intramural, where you can admire the half-timbered houses as long as you take the trouble to look up.

Go up the Place des Lices to go to the famous Place Henri IV, which fills up with musicians during historic festivals.

Next door, take a look at the Gothic architecture of Saint-Pierre Cathedral in Vannes.

Finally, go back down rue Saint-Guénahel, not forgetting to stop to eat a pastry at the Sistine, the tea room that settled in a 12th century house.
